We are currently looking for a Project Estimator with 3+ years experiance estimating all types of residential repairs and new construction. Must have general knowledge and demostrated skils in materials ordering, take-offs, construction project management, Sustainable Building Products, Concrete (SIPS), and other general construction disciplines. Residential, or Commercial Experiance a plus. Subcontract basis preferred, or by the job/per hour. Room for possible growth for the right person leading to fulltime employment, if desired.

Desired Qualifications/Experience:

2-10 years in Residential or Commercial Construction, Print Reading, Estimating, Take-Offs, Bidding, Framing and Trim Carpentry, Drywall, Kitchen and Bath Cabinets, Concrete, Siding, Roofing, Etc..
